For this project’s basements and utility rooms, we used both Xypex Admix C‑1000 NF in the poured concrete and Xypex Concentrate as a slurry on joints and surfaces. The combo created a powerful barrier against water ingress and sulphate attack.

Details: Admix was used in all new pours, while Concentrate was applied in slurry form for construction joints and surface treatment.

Outcome: Dual-action waterproofing system resistant to hydrostatic pressure and sulfate attack.
