For this project’s Roofs and utility rooms, we used Xypex Concentrate as a coating on Roofs, Balconies, and Bathroom surfaces. This created a powerful barrier against water ingress and sulphate attack, as this Palace is near the sea.

Details: Concentrate was applied in slurry form for internal and external surfaces, construction joints and surface treatment.

Outcome: Dual-action waterproofing system resistant to hydrostatic pressure and sulfate attack.
